How much do I charge?

My fee is £80 per session.

How to book an appointment?

The first step is to schedule a first consultation. You can book by:

Email: chiara@ouroborostherapy.co.uk

What happens the in the first session?

In our first session, we'll discuss the reasons you're seeking therapy and what you'd like to gain from our work together. I'll also explain my approach in more detail, including confidentiality, fees, and my therapy agreement. I also answer any questions you may have.

What can I expect in terms of the duration of therapy?

Therapy is often an ongoing process, and the number of sessions depends on your individual needs and what you're hoping to achieve. We can work together on an open-ended basis, which allows for deeper exploration, long-term support, and the potential for lasting and fulfilling results. While some issues may be addressed in a shorter time frame, many find that ongoing therapy provides valuable support and facilitates deeper personal growth. We'll discuss your specific goals and create a plan that fits your needs.

Each session lasts 50 minutes and is held typically weekly. Twice-weekly sessions are also an option when appropriate and discussed together. Once you start therapy, your regular session time will be reserved for you. You can decide to leave therapy any moment, but it would be advisable to book a final session.

Is online therapy available?

Yes, I offer therapy sessions both in person at my studio in Walthamstow and online. Online therapy provides flexibility and convenience, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space. We can discuss which option best suits your needs and preferences during our initial consultation.

Where is my studio?

If you decide to see me in person the closest tube station is Blackhorse Road on both the Victoria Tube and the Suffragette Overground. The studio is 10 minutes walk from the station.

What if I’m nervous about starting therapy?

It's completely normal to feel nervous about starting therapy. It takes courage to reach out for support, and it's understandable to have questions or concerns. Many people feel apprehensive before their first session. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. During our initial consultation, we can discuss any anxieties you may have, and I can answer your questions and explain what you can expect from the process. Remember, taking the first step is often the hardest, and I'm here to support you along the way.
